Our Service:

We’ll work collaboratively with you over five or more key strategy meetings. We’ll take you step-by-step through a comprehensive business plan process, so you’ll be involved every step of the way.

In our first meeting, we’ll explain our business plan framework, document your business’ background and look at ways to differentiate your business through CUPA® development (ie. the creation of a compelling, unique, perceived advantage or attraction for your business).

Over the subsequent meetings, we will conduct a full analysis of your business and the market environment to predict success and identify any potential risks. We will outline our recommended strategy for you to pursue your business goals. We will develop profit and loss and financial projections for your business to provide evidence of the potential profitability and potential value of your business.

A draft business plan will be presented to you. We’ll collaborate with you to incorporate your feedback into your final business plan and ensure the final document meets your expectations.

The time frame for completion of your business plan can be flexible to meet your needs, with your meetings taken in quick succession (subject to availability).

Note: The upfront payment equates to a 6% discount.

The above costs are for a standard five meeting business plan of up to 20 pages including appendices. You'll need to supply all information including financial details as required. Additional cost applies for additional meetings, market research, or additional pages.
